How to immigrate to Canada in 2022? | HYER Migration

Canada is a great country to be in 2022. It offers various opportunities for immigrants. Immigrants can choose from either government-sponsored programs or private sponsorship. Government-sponsored programs include the express entry draw system, provincial nominee program(PNP), Quebec-selected skilled worker (QSW) program, and Atlantic immigration pilot (AIP). Private sponsorship encompasses a national spouse class visa, business class permanent residence visa, and visitor visa. You can immigrate to Canada in various ways

You can immigrate to Canada in various ways. The first way is through the express entry draw system, which allows you to apply through a website and collect points based on your education and experience. If you have enough points, then you may be able to enter Canada as an immigrant or permanent resident after completing an application process.

Another way of immigrating is by applying for a provincial nominee program (PNP) designation from your home province or territory of origin. PNP applicants will still need to fulfill all other requirements for immigration under the federal government's Express Entry pool in order for them not only to receive their PNP designation but also to move forward with their own applications within this system; however, this does make things easier since it saves time compared with going through another agency like IRCC directly!

There are many other ways of immigrating to Canada, including through Quebec selected skilled workers as well as getting a study visa first. However, these are some of the most popular and easiest options.

The Canadian Express Entry draw system

The Express Entry draw system is a point-based system that determines who will be invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada. You can earn points by:

  • Having a degree from an institution of higher learning in Canada or any other country recognized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) as equivalent;

  • Working for two years outside of your home country after graduation;

  • Having gained job experience through military service, apprenticeship programs, internships, and more.

Provincial Nominee Program(PNP)

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a Canadian immigration program that allows individuals from certain countries or regions to immigrate to Canada as permanent residents. In order to qualify for PNP, applicants must:

  • Be nominated by one of the provinces; and

  • Have an offer for permanent residence made by a province.

To apply for a provincial nomination certificate, you must: * Submit your application to the province where you wish to live and work. * Be nominated by that province if it chooses to nominate you. * Receive an Invitation To Apply (ITA) for permanent residence from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.

Quebec Selected Skilled Worker (QSW) Program

The Quebec Selected Skilled Worker (QSW) Program allows eligible foreign workers to come to Canada for a temporary period of time to work in specific jobs. If you are eligible, this program can help you get your family out of the country and into Canada, where they will be able to find better jobs and make their lives better.

The QSW program is based on the number of years that an immigrant has lived in Canada before applying for permanent residency or citizenship. When applying for permanent residency under this category, applicants must have lived in Canada for at least four years prior to being able not only to speak English or French fluently but also understand them well enough so as not to be considered functionally illiterate while working on behalf of Canadian employers

Atlantic Immigration Pilot (AIP) Program

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot (AIP) Program is a three-year pilot project that allows Canadian provinces to nominate individuals who want to live and work in Canada.

The AIP program is focused on attracting immigrants who want to live and work in Canada. The goal of this initiative is to provide opportunities for skilled workers, entrepreneurs, investors, and international students who are looking for a better lifestyle in their chosen province or territory.

Canadian Study Visa 2022

Canada study visa, which is also known as CRS, allows you to immigrate to Canada and study. The Canada study visa is valid for five years and allows you to work in any province of Canada.

How to apply for a Canadian study visa?

You can apply for this visa by filling out an application form online or by visiting a Canadian embassy closest to your home country. You will have to pay a fee when submitting your application form along with supporting documents such as:

Your passport -

certified copies of academic qualifications (you can obtain these from your country's embassy or consulate) -

a letter from your school/university explaining how they will help you achieve your goals while studying in Canada; this may include providing financial support.

A detailed budget that shows money for rent, food, clothing, etc. - proof of employment (if applicable)

An electronic letter from your employer stating their intention to employ you after graduation and specifying the salary offered (if applicable)

A copy of your marriage certificate or birth certificate if you are not married but have children with someone else who is not your spouse

A medical examination form completed by an authorized physician or dentist stating that you do not have any infectious diseases like tuberculosis, leprosy, and syphilis; if applicable, it should indicate whether you are pregnant or have ever suffered from mental illness - two passport-sized photographs with white background (which can be printed at any photo shop for around $1.00).
